Hi, I’m Lindsay Burns, the face behind Lindsay Rae Photography. I’m 21 years old and based in Southeast Georgia, serving clients all across Southeast Georgia and Northeast Florida.

How It All Started


I officially started my photography business in May 2025, but my love for photography goes way back. I’ve always been the person capturing moments, whether it was a beautiful coastal sunset, time with family and friends, or the little details that most people overlook.

Last May, I bought my camera on a whim and that’s what changed everything.

What started as a simple idea quickly turned into something I truly love. My business name, Lindsay Rae Photography, may not be overly creative, but it’s me. It reflects the authenticity and personal connection I want every client to feel when they work with me.

What I Photograph


I specialize in couples sessions, engagement photos, and senior/graduation portraits.

I also photograph family portraits and I’ve recently opened my books for weddings! My goal is to create photos that feel natural, timeless, and true to you. Not overly posed or forced.


My Favorite Photo Locations in Coastal Georgia & Florida


One of the best parts of my job is getting to shoot in some of the most beautiful places in the South. Some of my favorite locations include Jekyll Island, St. Simons Island, and Amelia Island. From driftwood beaches to moss-covered oaks, we truly have dream locations right here in our backyard.

A Little More About Me


Outside of photography, I’m a pretty laid-back, outdoorsy person.

  • I’ve been with my boyfriend, Mason, for almost 2 years
  • Our golden retriever, Sadie, loves tagging along on adventures
  • I love Georgia Bulldog football
  • I love being outside (especially hunting, fishing, or spending the day on the boat)
  • Some of my favorite days are at the sandbar with friends and family
  • I enjoy running, pilates, and pickleball

Before photography, I was a competitive dancer, and I truly think that shaped my eye for movement, angles, and posing. It helps me guide clients in a way that feels natural and flattering, especially if you’re someone who says “I don’t know how to pose” (don’t worry, I got you).

I also attend First Baptist Brunswick, and my faith is a big part of who I am and how I run my business.

Photography, to me, is more than just pictures. It’s about capturing real moments, the candid smiles, the way you look at each other, the feeling of a season of life you’ll never get back.

I’m beyond grateful for the opportunities God has blessed me with throughout this journey, and I truly believe this business is just the beginning.
